Students will connect their knowledge of linear programming and Excel in order to use Solver

Coding

Students will use the knowledge gained in their explorations of SCRATCH in order to create something simple yet creative

  • Debug It! – this is just exploring the individual blocks to see what they do and how to edit a program if something’s not working
  • 10 Blocks – this is using the various explorations we’ve done so far to make something simple yet creative (twice)
  • We started to put everything together in Suggestions and Fixes 

Algebra 2:

Students will use their knowledge of graphing piecewise functions to write piecewise equations

  • We finished up the College Capstone Project (it’s technically not due ’til tomorrow, but today was the last of the class time needed to complete it)
  • Once that was done we did a lil of this

Coding:

Students ill begin the intermediate block coding unit

  • This should be done today
  • This should be done today or tomorrow

Algebra 2:

Students will prove their knowledge of systems of equations

  • We finished the test from yesterday
  • We handed in everything
  • Then we got started on the next unit: Piecewise

  • They’ll be due tomorrow

  • We took a test
