  • We did the State-mandated IDP through the counseling office

Algebra 2:

  • We took the last quiz of the unit
  • We started on the next unit

Coding:

  • Suggestions and Fixes – due Friday – you’ll need a partner (it’s for taking already-created programs and making them better)
  • I Like Mine Better (it’s for using more advanced blocks; it’ll help to have a partner)
  • If you get done, go to Code.org and do one of the advanced courses (CSP3, specifically)
  • We’ll have the unit assessment next week

  • We did the rest of the Act 3 Guided Reading
  • We watched a few different versions to see how the director and actors can influence the scene

Coding:

  • Debug It! – this is just exploring the individual blocks to see what they do and how to edit a program if something’s not working
  • 10 Blocks – this is using the various explorations we’ve done so far to make something simple yet creative (twice)
  • We started to put everything together in Suggestions and Fixes

Students will review the plot of Macbeth 

  • We took notes
  • Then we read through Act 3 Scene 3
  • We answered the relevant questions from the Guided Reading
  • Then we watched a version of Act 3

Students will review solving rational functions in order to better understand rational graphs

Coding

Students will use the knowledge gained in their explorations of SCRATCH in order to create something simple yet creative

  • Debug It! – this is just exploring the individual blocks to see what they do and how to edit a program if something’s not working
  • 10 Blocks – this is using the various explorations we’ve done so far to make something simple yet creative (twice)
  • We started to put everything together in Suggestions and Fixes
