  • There are directions on Google Classroom about how to do the “SCRATCH Exploration” assignment and the “Getting Started with SCRATCH” assignment

Algebra 2:

  • Go to kahnacademy.org/sat
  • Sign in with your Google Account
  • Answer the first few questions
  • Take a quick diagnostic quiz

  • We took a quiz on Google Classroom
  • If completed, we started the next unit, also on Google Classroom

Algebra 2:

Students will prove their knowledge of simplifying, multiplying, dividing, adding, and subtracting rational expressions

  • We did a quick review
  • Then we took the quiz

  • We finished up the Code.org “Accelerated Course
  • If anyone was finished early, they were to go to the CSP3 course
  • Tomorrow is the Code.org Test

Students will review the standards of simplifying, multiplying, dividing, adding, and subtracting rational expressions

Students will begin to complete the block coding unit

  • All Stages in the Code.org Accelerated Course should be completed by tomorrow.
  • If anyone is done with the Accelerated Course, type this into the address bar of your web browser: http://studio.code.org/s/csp3
  • We’ll have a Code.org Test on Thursday through Google Classroom

  • Everyone should be through Stage 13 today (I’ll be grading them tonight / tomorrow)
  • Everyone should be done with the entire Accelerated Course by Wednesday
  • We’ll have a test on Thursday

Students will practice adding / subtracting / simplifying rational expressions

Students will continue to practice basic block coding using Code.org

  • We continued working on Code.org
  • Stages 1-5 was grade (including the Stage 5 “Quiz”)
  • If you’re done with the “Accelerated Course” go to Google Classroom and find out what to do next

Coding:

Students will continue block coding using Code.org’s Accelerated Course

  • We kept working on the Accelerated Course
  • I will grade Stages 1-5 tomorrow. ┬áMake sure everything, including the “quiz” at the end of Stage 5, is to your liking.
  • If you’re done or almost done with the course, I’ll have a more advanced course for you tomorrow

Algebra 2:

Students will practice multiplying and dividing rational expressions
